Manufacturing instructions加工提示

a)    Mix in the Cowles under high speed stirring water, Dowanol DPM, Butyl Glycol, THYON PH730, Aqueous ammonia, THYOSIL Q561, THYOSIL Q202.

    先將水， DPM,丁基乙二醇，樹脂液，氨水，Q561，Q202放入釜內(nèi)高速攪拌。

b)    Slowly add TiO₂, keep under stirring for 15 minutes.

     然后慢慢加入鈦白粉持續(xù)攪拌15分鐘

c)    Add water, keep under stirring for 15 minutes.加水保持?jǐn)嚢?5分鐘

d)    The final paste should be homogeneous; grinds gage < 5 micron particle size.

     漿料分散均勻，研磨后的粒徑要到達(dá)5微米以下
