Application應用

·         A smooth surface is obtained by sand the wood with #150-320 grit sandpaper.

·         用# 150 - 320砂紙把木頭的表面打磨光滑。

·         After applying a first coating, wait until it gets dried.  Then sand the applied wood using #320 grit sandpaper.

·         油完第一層后，等到它變干。然后再使用# 320砂紙打磨。

·         A second coat is applied and the wood is left for two weeks driying before performing the quality tests.

·         油完第二層后，放置2周后測試其品質性能。

Formulation Tips 配方提示

»Coalescent（成膜助劑）: THYOSIL E1594 could be used at normal temperatures with the addition of coalescing solvents.  The selection of an optimum coalescing system depends on the required drying rate, temperature and relative humidity.  It is usually re免費信息mended 30% of coalescing solvents but it may be used lower levels depending on the porosity of the substrate, the type of application equipment, moisture conditions and co-solvents used in the formulation. Reducing the amount of coalescent allows faster drying but an excessive reduction may result in poorer film formation and consequently the loss of the stain resistance. Various types of coalescing may be used.  It must be determined for each application.
It is re免費信息mended to allow the formulations equilibrating for at least 8 hours after addition of coalescing agents to obtain consistency results in the tests performed.

»Biocides: THYOSIL E1594殺菌劑 is sufficiently protected against bacterial attack during transport and storage. For adequate protection to micro電子商務anisms during storage of the preparations made, 0.2% of IPEL BP20* is suggested. It is 0.25% of IPEL FBP71 * for protection against fungi and algae film.
