◆產品說明 Product description

Q37(Q75)系列吊鉤式拋(噴)丸清理機是我公司研制的一種新型設備。是在國內外廣泛調研的基礎上，根據用戶的實際需求而設計的。

吊鉤式拋丸機具有以下優點：

1. 采用大拋丸量、高拋射速度的國際先進懸臂式離心拋丸器，能顯著地提高清理率、獲得滿意的清理質量。

2. 模擬拋射圖及拋丸機的全部圖紙均完全采用計算機輔助設計(CAD)繪制，拋丸器的選用及布置更為合理。

3. 采用倍受歡迎的無地坑結構形式，即節省了地坑基礎的施工費用及時間，又解決了用戶因地坑存水而造成的提升機內的丸砂銹蝕結塊問題。

    吊鉤具有升降、運行和室內旋轉的功能。

4. 清理室內采用高鉻板防護，使用壽命大大提高，外形美觀、易于更換。

 

自動：需拋丸處理的工件直接懸掛在吊鉤或掛架上，人工帶至拋丸室前部的牽引系統，吊鉤自動進入拋丸室。吊鉤進入拋丸室后，拋丸室門將氣動關閉，電氣聯鎖，以避免工件在拋丸室內進行拋丸處理時他人誤開拋丸室門。吊鉤進入拋丸室在設定的區間位置作來回往復運動和自轉，使工件受到充分拋射，減少拋射死角。二個吊鉤、一個吊鉤在拋丸室內拋射，另一個吊鉤可裝卸工件。拋丸處理的時間可任意調整。拋丸器停止運轉后拋丸室門打開，以帶進和帶出工件。拋丸處理中產生的粉塵由二級除塵器過濾排放。

 

Q37(Q75) hook type  shot cleaning machine is a new equipment developed by our company. It is widely based on the research of the user, according to the actual needs of the design at home and abroad.

Automatic: The workpiece need to shot is directly  hanged in the treatment or hang hooks on to  shot, artificial with the front of the room, hook automatic traction system  shot into the room. 手動：本型清理機適合于鑄造、建筑、化工、電機、機床等行業的中、小型鑄、鍛件的表面清理或強化處理。特別適合于多品種、小批量的鑄件、鍛件、鋁合金鑄件及鋼結構件進行表面清理及拋丸強化，以去掉工件表面的少量粘砂、砂芯及氧化皮；亦適合于對熱處理件的表面清理及強化；尤其適合于不宜碰撞的細長、薄壁件的清理。

我們應用拋丸清理技術來達到除銹、強化的目的，是因為拋丸清理現在仍然是世界上最經濟和最可靠的方法。
