標(biāo)簽檢測設(shè)備采用機(jī)器視覺系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行在線高速檢測，設(shè)備主要分為三個(gè)單元：視覺檢測單元、系統(tǒng)控制單元、不良品剔出單元。
視覺檢測單元采用高速相機(jī)配合視覺**LED光源，圖像清晰，軟件算法成熟穩(wěn)定，操作步驟簡單易懂。對(duì)標(biāo)簽有無、位置高低、褶皺破損等不良進(jìn)行檢測并自動(dòng)剔除，實(shí)現(xiàn)并滿足客戶對(duì)高速在線生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量管理的需求,提高檢測效率和準(zhǔn)確性，降低企業(yè)人力成本。

Label detection equipment adopts machine vision system to carry out high speed detection. The equipment is mainly divided into 3 units: vision detection unit, system control unit and defective product removing unit. 
The vision detection unit adopts high speed camera with visually dedicated LED light source. Its image is clear, soft algorithm is mature and stable and operation steps are easy to understand. The equipment detects for the defective products without label, position height, fold, damage and etc and removes them automatically, fulfilling and satisfying the requirements of customers on quality management of high speed online production, improving the efficiency and accuracy of detection and reducing the labor cost.
